My session fee is $150 for couples and $125 for individuals. I also offer a sliding scale if needed and currently have a low-rate spot available in my caseload.
Please note that I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within that timeframe or miss your appointment, the full session fee will apply. I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I appreciate your understanding as this policy helps ensure I can provide the best care for all my clients.

With my specialized approach, tailored to address your individual or relational needs, I can help guide you toward building a deeper connection with yourself or your partner, depending on your goals. The process is collaborative, ensuring that your voice is central to our work together.

It’s completely normal to feel nervous or scared starting couples therapy! You and your partner can expect me to be supportive and provide a safe space for you both to explore your goals—both as individuals and as a couple. I’ll help facilitate deeper connections between you and your partner. Sometimes, I might meet with each of you one-on-one to better understand your relationship dynamics, so I can help you both break through any patterns that are keeping you stuck. We’re in this process together.
