Meet Emily

The therapist behind Attached Counseling

I'm Emily Jurich, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate specializing in couples therapy and attachment-based healing. My work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) — one of the most research-backed approaches for helping couples move out of painful cycles and into deeper, more secure connection.‍ ‍

I created Attached Counseling because I believe every relationship, including yours, deserves a space that feels truly safe. I work with couples across all backgrounds, and I'm especially passionate about providing affirming, celebratory care for LGBTQIA+ and queer relationships.

Whether you're navigating conflict, healing from betrayal, or simply feeling disconnected, I'm here to help you find your way back to each other.

A More Intentional Approach to Your Relationship

-From the comfort of your home-

Many couples begin to recognize they want support in their relationship but find it difficult to fit in person sessions into their schedules. At Attached Counseling, Emily offers online couples therapy in Florida and online couples therapy in Texas that is both flexible and highly effective, allowing you to prioritize your relationship without added logistical stress.

Therapy should meet you where you are — not add another thing to an already full plate. Through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, you and your partner can show up fully from the comfort and privacy of your own home, without the rush of commuting or coordinating schedules around an office visit.

Sessions are conducted via video, creating a space where you can truly see, hear, and connect — with each other and with me. And just like in-person therapy, the goal isn't just to give you tools. It's to create real, lasting shifts in how you experience one another.

Many couples leave sessions feeling more understood, more connected, and more hopeful about what's possible for their relationship.
